What do I need to send to get started?
A photo or sketch of the design, and any specific measurements if you have them. Not sure? Send what you have and we will ask about the rest.
How long does a pattern take?
It depends on the design and the number of sizes. Simple pieces can be ready within a few days, and for a full collection we agree on a clear delivery schedule from the start.
How is the cost calculated?
By the complexity of the design, the number of pieces and sizes, and the services you need (grading, markers, samples). Send us the design and we will give you a clear price before we begin.
Can I ask for changes after seeing the pattern?
Of course. Every order includes a number of free revisions, which you can request from the app or the chat.
How do you deliver the pattern?
As a true-scale printed paper pattern, or as digital files ready for printing or cutting machines — whichever suits you best.
Do you work with individuals or only factories?
Both. We make patterns for a single piece for one person, and we also work on complete production lines for factories and brands.
How do I track my order?
Through the client app: you will see every stage of your order, the designs and invoices, and you can chat with us any time.
