Free revisions
Every order includes a set number of free design revisions, shown on your order page in the app.
Additional revisions
Revisions beyond the free allowance, or changes to the core idea of the design, may carry an extra cost that we will tell you about before we proceed.
Cancellation
- You can cancel an order at no cost before work begins.
- Once design work has started, the completed portion of the work is charged.
Refunds
Because every pattern is custom work for a specific client, payments for work that has been completed and delivered are non-refundable.
