Orders & pricing
- The price is set after reviewing the design and is confirmed with you before any work begins.
- Delivery times are estimates and depend on the design and the size of the order.
Payment
Payment methods and dates are agreed before work begins and appear on your invoice in the app.
Design ownership
The design and its rights belong to its owner. The pattern made for you is delivered to you and is never reused for another client.
Client responsibility
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and details they send, and for ensuring the design is not copied from a third party's protected work.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one in effect.
