Sharing your data
We never sell your data or share it with any marketing party. We only share it with the team working on your order, or when required by law.
Protecting your data
Your data and files are stored on secured servers, and access is limited to the relevant team members.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by contacting us.
Deleting your account
You can delete your Arck Desgin app account at any time from “Account” → “Delete account”. Your sign-in account and registered devices are removed immediately; orders and invoices are kept on our side as accounting records. If you can't open the app, contact us from the Contact page and ask us to delete your account.
